Practical Completion Inspection Checklist

Hi,

This is my first post, but I have been hanging around for a while and found a lot of useful and informative info on this forum.
The reason for my post is I am due to do my practical completion inspection on my first PPOR within the next week and I am wondering if anyone has a 'checklist' of sorts that I can use, or is it best to hire someone to do this for me?

I would recommend that you use a company that specialises in doing this sort of inspection.

They will spot minor imperfections that you will surely miss. Most of the defects are minor imperfections in plaster and paint and can only show up in certain light conditions.

Our building company uses the services of such a third party to ensure that all properties are free of imperfection prior to hand over.
