I think it was $225 from memory. But I can use that well into the future and if it lets it for $5 more a week or saves a week''s vacancy I am better off.

My PM now has a 3 bedroom one in the same suburb for $500 but it is shown with external shot only. Most of my tenants come from interstate or overseas so I find good photos essential to maximise rents and minimise vacancies.
