Progress payment calculator

Hey guys,
Got land that registers in January and wanna calculate the progress payments on my land and the house I build on it..

Land= 398k
Build= 215k
Build time 4-6 months

I was wondering if anyone has any spreadsheets I can use to calculate my repayments while building

I made my own but its embedded in a spreadsheet so i cant export. Assuming 215k over 6 months at 5% IO with 6 stages.

The land is already settled so use a normal calculator

Is all building set out in those percentages though?

It will depend on what progress payment you and your builder agree on. Check the HIA standard Progress Payment schedule for the state you're planning to build in. Will also vary pending the type of construction.
