Prop Management from a distance

Hi all

Just wondering if any of you are self managing a property that you don't live close to? I have a IP in Mt Isa and live in Brisbane. I am prepared to manage the IP I have here however I can not think of a easy way to manage from a distance.

My guess is that you can not do it.
