How do you know it actually sold?

I haven't called the agent.. we are potentially bidding on a property tomorrow and I am just doing some final research...Thought maybe one of the educated peeps on here knows.

I assume it sold since it says sold. Maybe not?

EDIT: my mistake. It may not have sold after all...
