On our last buying spree we had access to QVAS data which gave access to all available sales data and the ability to pool the data and do historical data manipulations back for as long as data was available . I used that for my graphs in this post .

We're looking at doing multiple purchases , probably in several different states over the next 2-3 years.
At a minimum I'd want access to as long a sales history as possible , not just 1-2 years and median prices data , preferably for more than ten years .
What has been people's experience with the data providers out there , in terms of cost and what they offer in terms of coverage and data available
