Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get the ten year capital growth rate of various suburbs in Sydney and segregate them also by house and unit? Also, where can you find other data such as home occupancy rate, etc.

Go buy a copy of API magazine, they have those
Stats for 3 months, 1 year, 5 and 10 year growth rates in every issue I believe.

The suburb report provides the annual CG growth over the last 10 years and separates that into houses and units, which was what you were asking for in your OP.

For home occupancy rate, what do you mean by that? Residex report has graphs of ownership % in the suburb. If you're looking for vacancy rates, SQM is a good resource.
