But they might be busy doing development making a lot more than 5k? Which is probably why they wrote the course.

Just from googling development info and whats on the website.
Looks like it could be interesting. But it also looks like fairly basic info.

I thought that but MattNZ I believe his surname is edmonds. The Matt mentioned in the kit site is Matt Jones.

MattNZ has that smalldevelopments site but it looks a little unfinished. I might email him and see whether he is connected.

I did the www.propertydevelopmentworkshops.com.au/ with Jim Castagnet a little over a year ago. I found it very useful for a beginner and expect it would save you more than it costs. I think it was around $2500 for a three day course. Run in Melbourne and Sydney.

If I have done two developments already do you think the above course would still be useful or it is really for those who are yet to start on their developing career?

Did you manage to get in touch with Matt? Its a real shame that he is not around the forums because he had a wealth of information and runs on the board re developments.
