Hi, I am looking at doing a small property development (2-4 townhouses or units) Can anyone give any tips? I am looking to develop in NSW (Close to Sydney). If you can suggest any areas that would be great.

What are the basic costs involved in doing a development? - So I can do the feasibility/budget.

I'd like to learn how to draw, can you recommend what type of instrument i should draw with and on what media i should draw upon? Also what kind of things should i draw?

What is it that you're trying to achieve? What draws (no pun) you to property development and what do you know about it so far? Where are you on the map so that someone can guide you in the right direction?
