Sometimes to grasp new opportunities, one has to shed a bit of the old plan - therefore, we're looking at offloading two of our properties.

Second property is our 10 acre block at Nulkaba. I really love the property and location but we are after more land. House plans for a funky and modern executive 4/2/3 are drawn up and DA ready with BASIX done. Soil testing, bushfire reports and septic design are already done. Builder has been sourced. Property is 5 minutes to Cessnock CBD. 3 minutes to the new St Phillips Christian College Campus. Is right in the middle of wine country. 10-15 minutes to the new bypass highway. 4 dams (2 medium, 2 small). Extensive tree clearing and weed eradication. Would like $450,000 to cover costs.

Would definately be interested in the Merewether Units, as we are looking for something like that atm. PM the address if you can. Also what is the measurement of the street frontage?
