Property Management Software

Has anyone had any experience with different Property Management Software packages for those managing their own IP's? I've seen Property Manager Pro and there is a US product called RentRight which looks very good. Would appreciate advice from the forum on 'the good, the bad and the ugly' when it comes to this type of software. Thank you!

I think Duncan mentioned earlier that he is writing one as well.
May be we have to wait till it is ready.
