I had a quick search and all the previous posts were either old or saying who not to use.
I've finally cracked it with my current property manager (just generally slow & doesn't follow through).
Does anyone have any recomendations for a property manager in Maylands or the surrounding suburbs? I'm keen to use a local property manager, rather than one who services all of Perth.
