Property Manager Recommendations - Mackay

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a property manager in Mackay?

I'm currently managing my own properties there but want to hand these over to a PM.

Preferably with an agency that doesn't have a high turnover of staff. Previous experience last time I did this with one agency was a different PM each month.
