Property Manager South East Melbourne

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone owns an investment property in the South East around Mordialloc? I'm looking for a property manager and would love any recommendations if anyone has a good one.

Also, this will be my first IP, it was my own home, is there anything else I need to be thinking of before renting it out or as part of the process?
