I am looking for that elusive Property Manager in the Ipswich area (QLD Brisbane. The the normal things you would expect
answer your phone calls within a day or two
tries to find a tenant for your property
tells you if your asking too much for rent
advises on the current market in the area and comes up with a marketing strategy
If anyone has come across a PM that meets the criteria please let me know.
An investor friend is pulling their hair out after 6 weeks of no responses from the PM
