Hi All,

We are having a wee bit of trouble with our Property Manager in Melbourne - (like not returning calls etc...).

Can anyone recommend a good Property Manager in Melbourne that deals with South Melbourne?

I will not how anyone to their recommendations!

Not returning calls must be contagious. My Qld PM came down with that malady this year.

Long ago I think The_Wife posted a great checklist for dealing with PM's and Joanna_K also added something. I wish the search worked.

If anybody has the link let me know please?
