Property mentor - Binvested Nathan Birch

Hello all,

Iam looking for a property mentor in Sydney and i found someone local which i beleive is Nathan Birch.

He was posted and seen almost every property magazine and tv shows in the past.

I also realised he recenly opened a property management company in the outter west.

I beleive he is setting his goals to buy more than 100 properties by the time he is 30.

Could anyone here had dealings and mentoring from him?

I've been looking for him here for posts and for some reason for the last year he wasnt actively posting?

I like to have a chat with him to join his mentoring program. Please let me know your experiences or whether to go ahead or not.

I dont mind spending $10K if necessary for the right program.

Irrespective of who your mentor is (if indeed you even have one).

Remember that no-one cares as much about your financial well being as you do.

EDIT - Buy a copy of Building Wealth Story by Story [imo this is the first book any aspiring property investor should read]

If you can find a copy, also read Jim McKnight's "Ordinary Millionaires".

Read also The Interviews on SS.

That is about 120+ true stories of investors - some of whom go into a lot of detail.

The mentors are out there. They don't cost a lot.

why did you say that? and what does it mean by "opened a can of worms"?

i read some post here that he has been really helpful and knowledgable

why is there a sudden "hate" factor against him

Sprightly, there were a lot of threads about his services that were deleted.

I'll leave it to your imagination as to why they may have been deleted...

Not a hate factor. A lot of people on here just know what they are doing and would see his services as being:

a) a waste of good money;
b) sub-par to the sort of stuff they could do themselves.

If you were a guy with no idea, had no interest in learning and liked things just handed to you, then he, or any other service (eg. his competitor Right Property Group) that offered the same would be amazing.

I would be very wary of engaging a company which is also acquiring properties themselves.

Common sense would suggest that the best buys are being taken by the company concerned and the lesser bargains passed on to clients.

Could be wrong of course.
