I used Price Finder (Had 3 month free subscription with API) for my first IP purchase and it was very helpful and loved it but it will looks expensive to subscribe on monthly basis.
Any recommendation for such similar websites or resources which provides sales data, property report, price estimate etc at cheap subscription rates? Thanks.
