Property Sale Data

G'Day All

I have been trying to find out where I can obtain property sale data (like that that valuers use) that is current and accurate. I live in Adelaide so I am specifically interested in Adelaide but I also have an interest in Brisbane.

My preference is for a web site or electronic copy of this information rather than a paper report. If any one has a source they would be happy to divulge I would be most appreciative.

For South Australia try www.propertyassist.sa.gov.au
I know account customers can access sales in any given suburb at about $0.14 per sale. You can also use a credit card.

Wow...didnt think, anyone other then the Real Estate agents had access to any of this data.

is there one for Melbourne? That would help pin point to the Bank to the Vlauer how good your property is....wow

Go to the department of natural resources (qld) and get some sales data or
try an AO blin map (with your choice of variables) briliant resource!


Otherwise... www.abr.com.au ($600 a year i think)

Or just be a little friendly to one of the quite little r/e offices.
