It a little sad they are developing this site but has anyone done any feasibility or is it still too early?

why is it sad? is there any natural beauty or anything there in that particular location? I was out at the point recently, it is stunning scenery around there.

does seem a shame to have a bunch more polluting and unused boats lying around

Critics say the penguins and birds habitats will be destroyed by all the development and dredging. It seems like a beautiful place so if the numbers stack up i will be interested.
