Purchase of Software

I was wondering how long it takes to get the programme when I purchase. Is it something I download or do I get a CD rom by post?

I got given access to a download within a few hours and a CD with documentation and receipt was sent within a few days.

PIA is well worth it.

At Somerset, we try to fulfill software orders as soon as possible. Jenny does her best to process and dispatch the package by mail the same or next working day from when the order is received. Where possible, immediately the order is received, we will also email a licensee name and registration code so that someone purchasing the software can convert a demonstration version to a full working version. The latter is not a continuous process, but happens at frequent intervals during the day and weekends.
