Control yourself.

First: Interest rate climate (as well as whole face of the property investment in Australia) has changed dramatically in the last couple of days. I am preparing an analysis, which will contain interest rate outlook. Will be published on the forum next week.

For the time being search for my posts (there are not that many of them).

Compare predictions I made 3-4 months ago with current situation. Read this:

I don't care how come you're so accurate. What you post always makes fascinating and insightful reading.

And thanks for pointing out the Menzies Research Centre report - quite possible another side to this debate, albeit a bit of a way off??
