Quantity Surveyor - $385?

Recently, someone mentioned they had used a Quantity Surveyor in Victoria that was only $385. If you wouldn't mind, could you please repost their details as the last one I contacted wanted over $1000 and I thought that was a bit on the high side.

I believe that Baglin & Partners were the Quantity Surveyors mentioned previously. They are located in Heidelberg. They charge $385.

You asked for an opinion of Baglin Partners.
We've used lots of QS over the years.
I find Baglin partners "creative" for tax depreciation schedules. You'll be surprised what they come up with.
They're not very accurate(I know the real costs as I build our properties) but their errors are always in your favour if you get what I mean.
I would recommend them.

Hi,

I used Baglin and Partners in June of this year after they came highly recommended.

Our newly built house is far from average and as I was heavily involved in the construction and design of the house, I was able to cost the house to the cent.

The Depreciation schedule figures exceeded my expectations. I was quite worried at the start that they would undervalue the cost of the house, but they actually did the opposite.

They provided 2 copies of a nine page report for only $400.
Truly the best.
