QUANTITY SURVEYOR NEEDED

I have two IP's on the Gold Coast ( Surfers Paradise) both purchased in August 2001. Due to it being close to the end of the fiscal year, I will require a Quantity Surveyor's Report to present to my Accountant. Both units were from second hand stock, thus no report at time of purchase. Is there anyone out There who knows a good Surveyor who charges a reasonable price for their service.

Herron Todd White (now it is called DEPRO) has charged me $385 for a house of townhouse or unit.
