Quantity Surveyors - Canberra

Looking for some suggestions regarding getting a depreciation schedule done for an IP in Canberra.

I have looked at BMT (they charge $650) and WriteItOff (they charge $465) - just wondering what are the things I need to look for when comparing their services?

Also, let me know of any surveyors you would recommend / or surveyors I should away from.

Hi Orton, my bf is a building designer and a builder in Canberra and he's recently used WT partnership for quantity surveying. He finds them pretty good.

I used write it off earlier in the year and was quite happy with their service. They were originally recommended to me by my brother who has used their services on quite a few occasions.

+1 for Write it Off. They were every bit as good as the other mob I paid $200 more for a year earlier.

Yep, another for write it off - I used them at the start of the year and was happy. From memory, it might be a tad cheaper if your order it online.
