Just new at the game and are just about to settle on our first property. I have been given the name of a good quantity surveyor but with no other references don't know if to go ahead with this one. They suggested a report on the unit prior to renovation approx $500.00 Then another after renovation, around another $250.00. I know its all worth getting but is this the right way about it and what about the pricing?
