Anyone recommend a good quantity surveyor for depreciation reports etc in
Brissie?
What cost can I expect for a 4-bed house?

I am also investing in Brisbane and use Herron Todd White (DEPRO is their new name)

I paid $330 for townhouses, so I would not expect more than $400.

Paul Bennion is the director.

These guys provide excellent reports and it is there entire business focus.

At a recent meeting with them they told me that the ATO now uses their reports as a "benchmark" for depreciation claims.

I have seen the reports they provide and they are a reliable and credible organization
