With ratings systems like Cannex one has to be careful that one is comparing oranges to oranges. Problem sometimes without knowing all the "soft personal data" is that these comparisons can be akin to comparing and orange and a carrot because they are the same colour.
With any fixed rate loan Id be looking real hard at having something with "unlimited" repayments and a redraw as a cushion should rates drop further - (yeah I can hear the squeals of laughter already).
