I'm 39 this year. I'm 25 years away from accessing it. Do you still think so is it worthwhile to do so?

You need to plan well like anything in life and then hope for the best
I intentionally moved into a section which had the possibility of closing down. Then refused any 'opportunities' came within other sections.

What is the maximum you can contribute without paying any more than 15% rate?

25K, which includes all concessional contributions (SG, Salary Sacrifice, Taxable Contri's. etc.).

You could also look at spouse contributions as an option as well.
