80% LVR, more than $750k, 4.44%. Piece of cake.

Ah cool sounds about right. I'm sitting on roughly +90% LVR. With past recent purchases at 100%LVR.

Does anyone know if the other main banks have passed on the cut. From memory I remember a few years ago they seemed to take turns of one not passing the full cut. Is CBA going to be only tight *** Muppet this cut?

I think managing risk is going to be the key to success.

Try keep your LVRS low and also have some spare cash as a buffer .
