Does anyone out there know of a Broker type service that can be used to apply influence to developers and traditional RE Agents that act for the vendors.
I am looking for someone to assist me buy well in inner city Brisbane and that can swing a good deal.
I live overseas and it is hard to co-ordinate an inspection of a property, organise valuations etc etc etc.
I recently placed deposit on an inner city apartment and by the time I got valuations organised the place had sold. Incidently the valuation was 9.0% under asking?? Is that normal.?
I would appreciate any names that could provide that sort of service
