Real Estate Investar search - anyone using?

Hi,
Have had a look at this mob via a "webinar" this evening, really a supercharged search engine that sucks all the info from other RE sites however has may more search criteria available for use by folks like us.
They are asking $179 per month or $1790 annually for the whole deal which involves valuations, searches, the whole lot (or so they say).
The offer a 7 day money back G'tee (no monies processe until after 7 days).

I had a look at their website about 10 months ago.

You were able to try their search engine for 48hrs to see what you thought.

I thought it was pretty advanced.

It looks as thought they are offering more stuff to it nowadays.

I decided against it because of the money.

I do some keyword searches on domain and onthehouse, but is not as advanced as this search engine.

I am (at present) content with the free websites out there however.

Searching is all part of the fun!!
