Reccomendations for good property, business book?

Hey All,
I'm heading off for a holiday in 2 weeks and need a good new book to read.

Does anyone have any recommendations for property or just general business books that they enjoyed or are enjoying? The last 3 property books I read were quite uninspiring (Andrew winters, real estate uncovered, australian property development). I appreciate you cannot beat Somersoft for education but a book is great for airplanes and pool lazing.

I also suggested business as both my wife and I have just started service businesses and are both very new to it all, particularly around how to market your business and yourself.

Thanks in advance.

This is a very simple read, one of the first investment books I ever read, plus I have a singed copy from the street smart gentleman that wrote the book, it was the financial advice for Australian in the 1990's.,and it worked very well for me..

For someone starting up a service line business, study this Man and the way he does business, and build a business that works.

Both of these books are old in the terms of years, but they are both priceless, and as it's been just under 24 years in Australia from the start of the last recession we had to have, and a lot of people under 35 years of age would not know about what happened during that period...

Have a read of the Frank Lowy (Westfields) autobiography.

Is that the one Frank Lowy: Pushing The Limits? I tried reading this and it was written so badly it gave me a headache.

Business books to read:

The Lean Startup - Eric Ries
Worthless, Impossible and Stupid - Daniel Isenberg
Choose Yourself - James Altucher
Zero To One - Peter Thiel
Become An Idea Machine - Claudia Azula Altucher
The 50th Law - 50 Cent and Robert Greene (yes, really)

About to start reading The 4 Hour Workweek. Someone on here recommended SPIN Selling to me, but I haven't read it yet.

I found this guy one week ago and he's got me so jacked up its like a drug!
I've been up at 3 in the morning 3 times in the past week.
Been watching his YouTube clips for hours and hours and have taken action immediately.
I'm a completely different person now and my sales skills suddenly switched on.
I just bought all his books, some on Kindle/Amazon and some hard copy.
Only started reading the first book now so can't give reviews.
I really, really get this guy, but some will also not like his style.
Anyway, his name is Grant Cardone and His latest book is The 10X Rule.

What's your new business?

Hi All,
Thanks so much for all the great options! If I pick up a copy of everything reccommended I'm not sure I'll get to see anything in my holiday:p

I think I need to start with the e-myth, this is now the 5th time someone has reccommended this book so it may be a good place to start.

I will also check out some of the others.

Ace my wife is a make-up artist who is going freelance, me I am working on a couple of Internet businesses.

I borrowed my copy from the library, so no idea if it's the same.

All I know is that the one I read was mind bendingly boring.

When I go to the library, I will borrow 8 - 10 books, knowing that at least half of them will get rejected.

Edit: I recommend having a listen to this podcast interview. Tara throws out some good ideas: http://mixergy.com/interviews/tara-kelly-splice-software/

Also, here is a page that seems to have a lot of good resources: http://www.chrisducker.com/resources/
