Am looking at building 2x3 bedroom duplex in Parramatta Area.
Combined the building will be 300m2 including 2 single garages of 18m2 each
Ballpark figures i have recieved so far is around 600-650k from 3 smaller builders which works out to be around $2000-$2200 per m2 which seems quiet high for a basic finished building.
There is an on site detention tank below the driveways which i know will add to the costs of the project but the ballpark figures quoted seems quiet high for the size of the building.
At these prices it would probably be best for me to sell the property with the DA and move on.
Im sure there are builders out there who are more reasonably priced. If anyone on here could recomend me one I would appreciate it.
