So we have had been 3 months of vacancy and no luck finding new tenants.
We have tried doing most tricks in the books, dropping rent, offering a few weeks free, getting pro photos done etc. There was next to no feedback provided by potential tenants so I don't think there's anything wrong with the property. Comparables are renting for about 30-40 bucks per week more than ours so not sure why we're not getting enough people through to our inspections every week.
I can't really say that there's something that the PM isn't doing, they really seem to be on the ball and I can't fault what they're doing, and they are doing a good job managing our other properties too. Just thought that maybe it's worth trying to use a different property manager to try and let this place out.
Can anyone recommend us a good property manager? This is in the Caroline Springs area (northwestern suburbs).
