i need a recommended plumber in melbourne.

the engineer who is assessing my property requires a plumber to undertake a full plumbing investigation as my building is cracking to bits and *****s

so please, recommed me a GOOD RELIABLE plumber!

Pixie, the body corporate will have used one plumber for a fair while for your building. You shouldn't be footing the expense so have your strata manager arrange the plumber's report as they have arranged the engineer.

Unfortunately our BC are fairly useless... Because they took more than 1 year to organise an engineer to assess, my walls had gotten so cracked, i was advise by engineer it will never regain the same aesthetic appearance....

That's why I didn't want to sit and wait for BC to action.. Lousy situation
