Recommendations for Property Managers in Launceston (Tas) please.
I know all the questions to ask but just wanting to know of any standout PM's and the ones to stay away from.
I've spoken to only 1 so far and she quoted 9.50% + GST but in the same breath said she's open to negotiation once she's assessed the property, I know she already has as the Selling Agent has told me the potential rent has been set by their PM's (I have a IP in Sydney and pay only 6.6%) but further research will determine if that's around the correct %.
