Recommendations for Property Managers in Launceston (Tas) please.
I know all the questions to ask but just wanting to know of any standout PM's and the ones to stay away from.
I've spoken to only 1 so far and she quoted 9.50% + GST but in the same breath said she's open to negotiation once she's assessed the property, I know she already has as the Selling Agent has told me the potential rent has been set by their PM's (I have a IP in Sydney and pay only 6.6%) but further research will determine if that's around the correct %.
Any help much appreciated. TIA

Property mgmt is expensive in Launceston. You've got most of the major RE options down there plus a few specialty rental management places like Elephant and @home. We use Elephant for a place now.

I don't know any PM's in Launceston but the rate sounds about right, that's similar to what we got quoted from a number of agents in Hobart. Although they're quite willing to negotiate, especially for multiple properties. We got our rates down to 7% GST inclusive (3 properties).
