Recommendation's on landlord/ property management software

Hi everyone,
I am puzzled as to which software too buy.
I only have two IP's at the moment , that I self manage.
I was hoping that some of you experienced investor's that are self managing your properties could give me a push in the right direction .
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you do a search for software, you will be able to find some previous recommendations.

I know there is a program called Property Manager Pro that some of the people here use. I, myself, just use Excel.

Strong recommendation for Console (www.console.com.au) but only when you get to say 10 properties or more. Before that, you could just run them on Excel.
