Recommended IP Accountants in VIC

Hi,

Could anyone please reccommend an accountant in VIC that specialise in setting up trusts and/or one that's good with IP tax claims? Would be terrific if there is one that's good at both but having to attend two accountants to get the work done is also ok.

I'm looking at changing accountants.

Seeing as I know of DaleGG from this forum, I am considering using Gatherum-Goss & Assoc.

Can anyone recommend this firm as good accountants for personal and IP tax?

Dale sold the firm and retired a ocuple of years back. I don't know what the new people are like, but if I was you I'd seeking some recent feedback.

I knew that Dale had retired but I assumed he still had control over the business (as it is called Gatherum-Goss & Assoc.).

Looking at their website they seem to have a good approach and are geared towards IPs and wealth creation.

I've been trying to get hold of my current accountant for a couple of weeks with no luck so he's fired!

Guys,

I have 4 IP's and a company for my broking business. I have been using GGA for 4 or 5 years now. The team there are fantastic and i highly recommend them. They have prompt service, there fees are good and they know their stuff. They also have set up My 2 HDT's and SMSF.

Ben, I forgot you were an accountant. If you're happy with them then that carries weight. I'd only use a solicitor for settlement (as opposed to a conveyancer) and a CPA/CA for my tax, but then many don't, ... maybe I'm a bit too hung up on qualifications.
