I'll see if I can purchase a copy of the book "Realistic Real Estate", and if not, thank you for your very kind offer of a lend of your book Gail H.

I've read some of these but will certainly seek out the rest of them.

I've just read a must read book by
Terry Ryder called "Property Smart".
I knew about Queensland real estate robbers,
but it's happening everywhere.Victoria has
replaced Queensland as the "deep south".
The book is about property scams Australia
wide.
After reading Jan Sommer's books this fellows
book is really a must read.

It's the right Terry Ryder and that
book is his first one.
"Property Smart" has just been published.
I'll go looking for your one this week.
