Anyone has any thoughts on Rockhampton QLD? Where in property clock do you think it is now? Which Suburb(s) best for Capital Growth?

am in construction and know of upcoming developments surrounding the area.

Although it may not be the best investment area, I am moving there for work and would like to jump from renting in the area to ppor whilst renovating and then hopefully selling in 2-3 years with some gains.

Any thoughts on the rockhampton market?

Hi OO. Where have you been lately? It's been a while since you posted. I hope all is well with you and yours.

Out of my five properties, I'd rate my two Park Avenue (north side of Rockie) as my worst buys.
One has great yield, but for the other one I've had to reduce the rent so much that it's now only returning 6.47%, plus there hasn't been any capital growth.

All in all, I wish I had bought in Logan (like my most recent property) instead.
