Reminder: NSW Property investors warned on land tax

For PPR exemption on land tax, will the 6 months' continuous occupation of the property by owner and spouse added together (if moves
in one after another immediately) or counted separately?
 
Thanks guys, so it is obviously very important to discuss with our accountant a plan for which name/s should go on the title. I assume however, that land tax is not the only thing a good accountant will consider.
