Can anyone can help with how difficult, read expensive I suppose, it would be to remove an attached garage from a relatively modern house?
I estimate it's a late 80s / early 90s build, the garage is attached at the back of the house - the WIR / ensuite of the main bedroom backs on to it. Brick construction. It would be easy enough to add a car port or maybe a garage somewhere else on the land. I'm assuming you would need council permission to do so?
