I was wondering if anyone knew about any short courses that could be done to learn how to render the brick on houses. Searches of the TAFE website here in WA have proved fruitless.

My other alternative is to approach someone directly and offer my services (labour) free for a couple of weeks to learn a little of this skill that really changes the look of an old building but seems to cost a fortune.

Go to Mitre 10. They have free books there on all this sort of stuff and more. It's easier than you think.
