Hi all,

Does one need to be a BIG paid member to attend your meetings or can one pay on the night? I would be very interested in attending on the 30th if possible.

Thanks
Sling

BIG meeting is tonight.

Renovation is a great way to get into property investing so come along and pick up a tip or two.

See you tonight

Thanks for speaking Ana, would suggest anyone serious about their renovating definitely consider your seminars and education, you know what you are talking about!

I liked your point about 'location location location' not really applying for a renovation candidate when you are planning to sell asap as your exit strategy, I have seen some great examples of this in cheaper less favored suburbs of Brisbane this year.

Thanks Andrew I really appreciate it. It was my pleasure to present to the BIG group and assist other people with their investing journey!

Wishing you every success, Ana

Without coming across too black and white ... here is my question ?

If Ana can analyse deals and find ways to profit from there so easily given experience, background, etc...

Question - Why would Ana be doing it for everyone else at a small cost and not for herself ?

Comes back too the numbers, there is a big difference between selling experience, and fixing up properties..willair..

Just as a matter of curiousity;

Would you rather learn from someone who has experience in the field, or someone who has not...?

I am always happy to learn ... :)

Having been severely burnt with a financial planner I also have learnt to question motives and business models.

Hey guys,

Thank you for the enquiries. I always love hearing from others. We actually run our own renovation business -we're currently doing 5 major renovations. I speak at events, write articles for magazines, look after a small coaching group and present at expos in my 'spare time' as is often the running joke in the office.

I think the best knowledge you can share with people is knowledge that is learned hands on and practiced on real life examples. BTW, I also got trained in tiling, plastering and rendering - don't do these things myself anymore, just project manage but I know exactly what is involved in each of the jobs, how long it should take, cost, etc.

Happy to answer any other questions that anyone might have :)

Wishing you every success, Ana
