- boardroom space
- 50 squares of office space

When you say Boardroom space, then 50m2 of office space are you talking about 80m2 to 100m2 all up? or is the Boardroom included in your office space size?

Hi Rudugger, their current space consists of office space (very small space plus separate boardroom). They are looking for something similar, but with additional space for their office plus a boardroom for meeting with clients.

Have a contact in Emirates House in Collins Street. Just spoke to them today, looks like they're full or renovating floors at the moment.

Any space there is about 6 months away.
