Rental Guarantor wont pay

Hi All

I have an issue with a vendor who wont pay an outstanding rental guarantee.
Approx $1500 is the amount involved.

The original guarantee in the sale contract was for a six month period and has been invoiced on a monthly basis by my rental manager with each month the amount increasing.
The guarantee period will be over very shortly.
I have not received any monies.

I guess I will need a litigation soloictor and to pay a fee.

I have been told this may cost approx $350

Is there anyway around involving solicitors and any other advice greatly received

therein lay the problem with rent gtees. it hsoudl have been either just paid to you as a bonus on settlement or at very least held in trust

$350 bucks to sue? Give me their name as I will start to use them! Cheap as chips!

Sue the bast*rds in the small debts court- get judgment and go to work. If a company be adventurous and sue the directors as well for damages under the Trade Practices Act for s52 misleading and decptive conduct.
