I am working on a project in Perth and am currently staying at a hotel, I would like to rent a place starting early november. Long term I would like to get to know the market a bit better before I buy. Was wondering if any forumites have a rental quite near the Kings Park area where I am working and an availability of early november. I could do a beach suburb as well. Also, furnished would be awesome!
