Rental Information for Bondi Junction?

I'm after the average rental price per sqm for shops along Oxford St, Spring St, in Westfield Shopping Centre and "other" parts of Bondi Junction. Does anyone know how one can obtain the information?

I'd suggest speak with a local commercial real estate agent, or check out commercial/retail lease advertisements for property in those streets/areas. You should be able to get a decent idea from a few adverts and average out a price per sqm.

Pay for title searches & then for copies of the registered leases which are relevant.

Speak to a local commercial real estate office eg Krullis.
