Resi or Comm Loan??

We are currently looking for a PPOB (place of Business :) )

Of course the biggest stumbling block we have is the requirement of 30% deposit in cash :(

Can the brokers please cast their eye over this one

Do you reckon we could get this as a resi property. We would be able to either live in the house or rent it out. (Our current PPOR would be CF+ if we moved) Would the banks look at this as a house with a shed in the front yard??
